Bait your hooks, cast your lines, and head on out to the Helena Hollow lake for Father's Day at the fishin' hole!
*Under age 2 does not require a ticket. Age 2 & up DOES require a ticket.
EACH TICKET INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:
- "Tackle Box" of fishing necessities:
- Slim Jim
- Plain Potato Chips
- Bottle of Water
- Meal Voucher for Local Restaurant (TBD)...Because fishin' makes ya hungry!
- Two hours of fishing time! Choose your spot, plop down on the bank & sink your lure, orrr...pick flowers, search for turtles, or likely spend 75% of your time untangling lines. ;)
WHAT MAKES THIS EVENT SPECIAL?
Fishing with Dad (or grandpa, step-dad, uncle, etc.) is such a special memory for children to have! Farm life & experiences that take place in the great outdoors surrounded by nature are absolutely priceless. This event is sure to stay with your children for years to come.
- LIFE JACKET REQUIRED FOR AGES 8 & UNDER.
- Ticket holders will not be let in the gate without showing us life jacket. Once inside the gate, it is at your discretion whether or not your child wears their life jacket.
- We WILL have life jackets available to rent for $5 each until they are gone. (We have 10 available.)
- TICKET HOLDERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO SIGN A SAFETY WAIVER BEFORE ENTERING.
- LAKE PATROLLED FOR SAFETY.
- BAIT, FISHING POLES & OTHER ACCESSORIES ARE NOT PROVIDED BY HELENA HOLLOW. Please come prepared!
- THIS IS A CATCH AND RELEASE EVENT. Any fish that are caught must be released back into the pond.
- Helena Hollow cannot guarantee the catch of any fish, although there are plenty of fish to be caught.
- ANY PERSONS ENTERING THE GATE MUST HAVE PURCHASED A TICKET. Moms, please take your pictures outside of the gate before entry & trust that your husband (or father, brother, etc.) will take good pictures for you once inside...OR purchase a ticket of your own! The more the merrier. :)
